Full‑time, Permanent Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire (3 days per week) and Work‑from‑Home (2 days per week). We are a multi‑award winning PR, marketing and social media full‑service agency based in Hampshire, on the Hampshire/Dorset border. We drive results for our clients by devising and implementing strategic and creative PR, social media and marketing campaigns that increase enquiries, sales and build brands and reputation regionally, nationally, and internationally.

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and creative Account Manager with a specialism in PR to join the team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be a real all‑rounder who can think big and still deliver on the detail. You’ll be a self‑starter and able to run your own accounts with drive, energy and commitment, and there will be opportunities for international travel supporting clients with a range of activities. Your day‑to‑day role covers PR and social media activities. You’ll be confident at presenting to clients and experienced in managing several clients simultaneously. We need someone with an eye for detail who can see campaigns through from start to finish. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and will be able to shape the role as you progress.

Key Duties

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and relevant media
  • Copywriting – press releases, articles, literature, blogs, social media content, general messaging
  • Planning and implementing comprehensive PR programmes and campaigns
  • Managing the day‑to‑day handling of social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Developing creative and engaging multimedia content
  • Benchmarking, KPIs, ROI
  • Represent the agency at client meetings – taking briefs, developing them, and then confidently presenting
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver fully integrated campaigns that are creatively excellent
  • Understand clients’ marketplaces and apply that thinking to cutting‑edge, results‑driven campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities – both organic and new
