Our client is a long established Accountancy firm who are experiencing a period of exciting growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to appoint a senior leader to drive the development and growth of the Corporate Finance practice. This is a unique opportunity giving you the autonomy to shape the corporate finance offering. Having the ability to generate work across such services as deal advisory, transaction due diligence, valuations and fundraising is key. Where and how is up to you, with the support of others in senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape strategy and service development across any of deal advisory, transaction due diligence, valuations and fundraising
- Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring senior talent and developing emerging leaders
- Act as a senior leader on key transactions, collaborating directly with shareholders, boards, lenders, investors, and PE/VC firms
This position will sit within the senior leadership team working closely with existing partners to direct strategy, enhance market presence and support the firm's wider growth ambition.
Experience/skills needed:
- Experience at Director, Partner, or senior leadership level within professional services
- Proven history leading transactions end-to-end (M&A, fundraising, valuations, or due diligence)
- Strong technical, commercial and analytical expertise with credibility to operate at board and investor level
