Our client is a well‐established professional services firm of Chartered Accountants and advisers experiencing a period of sustained growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to bring an additional Audit RI (Partner or Director) into the team to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the firm's audit quality risk and methodology strategy
- Execute plans to grow the audit practice and expand market share alongside the senior leadership team
- Mentor, coach, and develop audit talent, building a strong talent pipeline
- Be active in the market representing the firm and service offerings to build relationships and over time bring in new client work on top of existing portfolio work
What You will bring
- Experience as an audit Responsible Individual, ideally at Director or Partner level within practice
- Experience with corporate audit clients
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead on complex audit matters
- Demonstrable track record of developing teams and driving growth of an audit portfolio
