Position Details

Full‑Time Dispensary Assistant, 40 Hours Per Week

Location: Rice Lane, Liverpool. L9 1AD

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day‑to‑day will be a mix of behind‑the‑scenes pharmacy work and front‑of‑shop customer care. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly and safely.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately (with training + support!)
  • Assist the pharmacist with daily duties
  • Serve customers with a smile and great advice
  • Check stock, expiry dates and keep shelves looking sharp
  • Keep the dispensary clean and organised
  • Help with paperwork, systems and prescription claims
  • Respect patient confidentiality at all times
  • Be a team player – always ready to help out
