What You’ll Be Doing
- Your day‑to‑day will be a mix of behind‑the‑scenes pharmacy work and front‑of‑shop customer care.
- You’ll help keep everything running smoothly – and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately (with training and support)
- Assist the pharmacist with daily duties
- Serve customers with a smile and great advice
- Check stock, expiry dates and keep the shelves looking sharp
- Keep the dispensary clean and organised
- Help with paperwork, systems and prescription claims
- Respect patient confidentiality at all times
- Be a team player – always ready to help out
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly face with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience in retail or pharmacy (bonus points)
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services – or happy to train
- Someone reliable, organised and eager to learn
