Dispensary Assistant – Full-Time (40 Hours per week)

What You'll Do:
- Assist in dispensing medications with precision and care- accepting prescriptions for filing, gathering and processing labels using IT systems
- Customer Care: Provide top-notch service, creating a welcoming environment for our valued customers- informing customers on all health and associated products including over the counter medication, minor ailments and services offered by the Pharmacy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support- Handling telephone enquiries and giving advice while referring callers to the pharmacist when necessary.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure a seamless workflow
- Maintain a clean and organised dispensary environment- operating efficient stock control to include ordering and rotation of goods.
- Till operation and money handling.
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic Dispensary Assistants.
- Fully flexible to work a variable rota between Monday – Saturday (Saturday shifts in accordance with branch rota)..
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential if you are willing to learn and are passionate about ongoing learning and development.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
