We’re currently seeking experienced Fabricators and Welders for long-term opportunities with well-established structural steel businesses working on major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. These are workshop-based roles within busy, high-quality fabrication environments, ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in precision, safety and consistent workmanship.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Fabricating and welding structural steel components to a high standard
  • Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
  • Cutting, fitting, grinding and assembling steel sections
  • Using hand tools, fabrication machinery and measuring equipment
  • Working to strict quality standards and tolerances
  • Supporting safe lifting and handling practices within the workshop
  • Maintaining a strong focus on health & safety at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in structural steel fabrication / welding
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience working with heavy steel sections (e.g. beams, columns, plate)
  • Strong workshop background in fabrication or manufacturing
  • Confident working to quality and safety standards
  • Reliable, consistent work history with a team-focused attitude
