The Role
The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. This role covers all areas of property management from tenant relations and compliance to maintenance and council communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange new tenancies and manage the move-in process for tenants.
- Visiting properties across London so must have own transport.
- Respond to and handle any required repairs and maintenance within the portfolio.
- Conduct property inspections as needed and provide feedback to landlords.
- Oversee the smooth move-out process at the end of each tenancy.
- Ensure the portfolio is compliant with current legislation and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with councils, contractors, and landlords.
Requirements
- Full driving licence and own vehicle essential.
