This newly created role reports to the Head of Product Development and/or Senior Buyer and supports the growth of a creative branded homewares company. You will manage the licensed drinkware category across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver commercial, innovative drinkware ranges
• Analyse performance data to inform buying and range planning
• Manage range plans and critical paths to ensure on‑time delivery
• Negotiate pricing, terms and MOQs with factories
• Work closely with Sales, Design and QA to meet retailer briefs
• Create product specs and manage sampling and licensor approvals
• Conduct market research and source new suppliers

Skills & Experience

• Experience in buying licensed drinkware or houseware (essential)
• Junior buyer willing to progress may be considered
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the homeware/drinkware market
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office

Working Pattern

Hybrid: work from home 2‑3 days per week with flexible office hours.
