About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join our growing Real Estate Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with previous experience in property finance who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have experience advising on a range of real estate finance transactions and will be confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.

Key Responsibilities Advising lenders and borrowers on a variety of real estate finance transactions.

Managing bridging finance and buy-to-let (BTL) transactions from instruction through to completion.

Reviewing and negotiating loan documentation and security documents.

Reporting on title and identifying legal risks.

Liaising with clients, mortgage brokers, valuers and other professional advisers throughout the transaction.

Working proactively to progress matters efficiently and deliver an excellent client experience.

Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.

Essential: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–2 years’ PQE.

Previous experience in Real Estate Finance.

Experience acting for lenders, borrowers, or both on property finance transactions.

Strong technical knowledge of secured lending and property transactions.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness.

Desirable: Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers.

Experience of bridging finance transactions.

Experience of buy-to-let (BTL) lending.

Familiarity with specialist and challenger lenders.
