McHale Legal Ltd has offices in Solihull, Altrincham, Heywood, Stockport and London. We provide a broad range of legal services for both the business industry and private clients. We pride ourselves on our ‘can do’ approach to our clients’ needs and our ability to offer support and advice.

We are expanding and are currently seeking an experienced Residential and/or Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our new Solihull office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a new office, offering genuine autonomy, strong support, and excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role

  • Managing a mixed caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters
  • Handling transactions from instruction to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and office growth
  • Working with a high degree of independence

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • Minimum 3+ years’ PQE in property law
  • Strong technical and client-care skills
  • Able to manage files independently
  • Ideally with an existing client following
  • Commercially minded and proactive
  • Polish language skills preferred
