We are expanding and are currently seeking an experienced Residential and/or Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our new Solihull office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a new office, offering genuine autonomy, strong support, and excellent long-term career prospects.
The Role
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters
- Handling transactions from instruction to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and office growth
- Working with a high degree of independence
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3+ years’ PQE in property law
- Strong technical and client-care skills
- Able to manage files independently
- Ideally with an existing client following
- Commercially minded and proactive
- Polish language skills preferred
