This is a contract remote role for a Registered Dietitian. The Registered Dietitian will work with clients to provide nutritional counseling, create personalized diet plans, and deliver evidence-based recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing medical nutrition therapies, and supporting clients with weight management and overall health improvement strategies. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and maintaining records as per applicable guidelines will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Dietetics and Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Experience in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management
- In-depth knowledge of Nutrition and its application in different populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client consultations and collaboration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Credentialing as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is a plus
