Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Magherafelt. The Architect will be responsible for managing a range of architectural projects from conception to completion.
Day-to-day tasks include working on architectural designs, feasibility studies, project management and site supervision. The role requires active collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions for various projects.
We are a dynamic team and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across a range of sectors; sport, community, housing and education.
Qualifications
- ARB Registered Chartered Architect
- Min. 1 year post-Part III experience
- Strong design & presentation skills
- NEC4 / JCT experience desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Autocad and SketchUp desirable
