Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, costs and subcontractor accounts.
- Prepare valuations, cost/value reconciliations and final accounts.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Track financial performance and provide clear reports to management.
- Control variations and minimise unnecessary spend.
- Support defect liability and retention processes with the aftercare team.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Guide and support junior commercial staff.
