McGregor Structures is seeking practical, hardworking installers to construct our modular fabric structures on customer sites across the UK. This role involves travelling nationwide Monday–Friday, working as part of a professional installation team delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Installations typically range from two days to two weeks and include steel frame assembly, fabric cladding installation, and final quality sign-off. Our structures are engineered modular systems designed for rapid deployment across industrial, agricultural, recycling, logistics, and defence sectors. We are looking for people who take pride in quality workmanship, follow the process carefully, and work professionally on customer sites.

Responsibilities
- Construct McGregor modular structures safely and efficiently on customer sites
- Assemble curved steel frame systems and install fabric cladding
- Follow the company construction manuals and approved installation processes
- Deliver installations to McGregor quality standards
- Complete snagging and final checks before handover
Site Coordination & Communication
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Report installation progress and issues to the Installation Supervisor
- Support site planning and sequencing activities
- Maintain safe, organised, and efficient working areas
Equipment & Vehicle Management
- Check vans, tools, and equipment before projects
- Report maintenance or purchasing requirements
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
Training & Development
- Attend practical training sessions at the Hampshire demonstration site
- Learn updated installation methods as new products are released
- Contribute feedback and improvement ideas to the wider team
Requirements
- CSCS Card (required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Experience in construction, steel erection, modular buildings, or industrial installation
- Comfortable working away Monday–Friday
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel nationwide
- Ability to work safely and professionally on customer sites
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable:
- IPAF
- Telehandler / MEWP experience
- Site supervision experience
