An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance Media professional to join a leading global organisation as Vice President of Performance Media. This strategic role will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance media activity across the EMEA region, overseeing PPC, Display, and Affiliate channels across multiple markets. Working closely with regional teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders, you will drive best‑in‑class media performance while delivering against key commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing cross‑market media strategies
- Managing campaign execution and optimisation
- Overseeing budgets and forecasting
- Delivering insightful performance reporting
- Partnering with analytics teams to resolve tracking and attribution challenges
- Supporting and mentoring junior media specialists across the region
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing performance media across PPC, Display, and Affiliate channels
- Strong understanding of the EMEA media landscape and cross‑market campaign management
- Experience working within large, matrixed organisations
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing media agencies and cross‑functional teams
- Knowledge of MMM and advanced media measurement frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Ads, Google DV360, Google CM360, Rakuten Ads, Appsflyer or similar MMP platforms
