This is a superb, permanent role with a well established and successful company offering a superb working environment. The successful candidate will report to the Production supervisor, and on a day to day basis will powder coat a wide variety of components in order to produce the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Powdercoating components
- Completion of Test Certificates and packing sheets as necessary
- Working to ensure production priorities are achieved
- Willing to assist in various production departments as required
- Ensure that all tasks are undertaken in a safe manner
- Ensure that PPE and required corporate clothing is worn at all times
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in personal and wider work areas
Personal Specifications:
- Demonstrate a high degree of self motivation and a patient approach to tasks and to colleagues
- Diligently adhere to Health and Safety policies
- Competency to use powdercoating equipment
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a methodical approach
- Have effective communication skills, contributing to a positive working team environment
PLEASE NOTE: This job involves working the following shifts: Week 1 Monday to Weds, 7am to 7pm, Thursday, 7.30am to 5pm Week 2 Monday to Weds 7am to 7pm. Additionally, the successful candidate will need at least 6 months, recent paint spraying experience.
