My client, a globally recognised brand, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support across Operational HR, Talent Management, Development and Change.

Key accountabilities for the role:

  • Interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables that offer commercial insight and value add solutions aligned to the overall company vision and their strategic priorities.
  • Delivering the appropriate HR support in all areas, including employee relations, engagement, transformation, OD, talent management, succession planning, and development and leadership initiatives.

This is a fantastic role for an individual with comprehensive HR Business Partnering experience within a large, multi-disciplinary environment.

As an ideal fit for this position, you will have the following experience:

  • Worked as an HR Business Partner where coaching and developing individuals, teams, and functions to create high performing cultures has been a focus.
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management, and Reward preferably in a unionised environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • Trade Union experience.
  • High level influencing and communication skills.
