This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of strategy, transformation and organisational design. You'll be responsible for setting the direction for Organisation Design (OD) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) across the group - defining how the organisation structures itself, plans its future workforce, and builds capability over a 3-5 year horizon. This is not a traditional OD role. It's about shaping how the organisation makes workforce and structural decisions at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a central OD & SWP Centre of Expertise, owning enterprise frameworks, methodologies and standards.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing investment decisions and future operating models.
- Developing and embedding a long-term workforce strategy, including scenario modelling and skills planning.
- Driving the shift to a skills-based organisation aligned to digital, AI and future capability needs.
- Building capability across HR, Finance and business leaders to embed strategic workforce thinking.
- Leading and developing a team of OD & SWP specialists into a high-impact advisory function.
