McGregor Boyall are partnering with a leading InsurTech business aiming to be the payment partner of choice for the insurance market, backed by over £100m in capital. This isn’t a pure coding role. You’ll be deeply embedded in the product development lifecycle: helping to shape what they build, why they build it, and how it delivers value. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to drive decisions, ship iteratively, and own features end-to-end. From architecture to production monitoring.
This is a remote role for candidates based in the UK. There may be occasional (1 day every 3 months) in their London offices. This role is not offering visa sponsorship.
Required skills:
- Strong experience working with modern .Net Core
- Extensive front end experience with React or Typescript
- Experience working on distributed systems
- Knowledge of microservices/ APIs
Nice to have:
- Prior fintech experience, particularly within insurance or payments
- Containers (docker or kubernetes)
