Are you an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant, immediately available and looking for a new role? We are hiring for a large matrix investment company based in the city, who need an experienced assistant to join a busy team for 12 months. This role will look after one senior managing director and multiple senior executives globally.
Responsibilities:
- Organize executive-level meetings, including room reservations, catering, multimedia setup etc.
- Coordinate complex schedules, ensuring meeting preparation, materials are organised.
- Plan and run internal and external events, including team meetings, strategy sessions, conferences, and social gatherings, with full logistical oversight (venue, catering, transportation, etc.).
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Process expenses.
- Organising multiple diaries across complex timezones.
Qualifications:
- This role requires a candidate with solid experience working in larger matrix financial services companies, supporting multiple senior executives.
- Solid experience working as an assistant, supporting senior level executives.
- Experience working in larger matrix financial services organisations.
- Experience supporting multiple executives at any one time.
- Excellent diary management skills, across complex timezones.
