Candidates should have
- Experience in a hybrid Business Analyst role within financial services.
- Exposure to regulatory change, controls remediation or business transformation programmes.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into business impacts.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills, with the ability to produce high-quality management reporting and presentations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, governance-led environment
- Project Management skills/experience would be beneficial
