A rare and truly superb opportunity for a highly experienced property professional to join a leading estate agency as part of their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will likely be working as a senior negotiator or branch manager and seeking their next career move. The role is predominately office based, and the remit to manage all aspects and operations of a busy sales team.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the sales office, mentoring, managing and motivating team members

  • Actively promote the business to ensure consistent new and repeat business opportunities
