Are you an experienced Litigation Fee Earner with experience of RTA? Then our client would like to hear from you! They are an extremely successful and highly regarded Law firm that has built up an amazing reputation within RTA. They have won numerous high profile awards for their investment in people, and 60% of the staff are enrolled on further education courses through CILEX and The University of Law, all funded by the firm.
The Litigation Fee Earner will be responsible for your own case load of pre and post issue fast track RTA matters, the majority of which will be litigated. The successful Litigation Fee Earner will have strong PI experience and have managed their own case load of RTA cases.
The main duties of the Litigation Fee Earner will include:
- Handling a case load of RTA files and updating clients on a regular basis
- Use of MOJ portal
- Drafting and issuing legal proceedings
- Handling Fast Track litigated case loads
- Liaison via email and phone
- Working to deadlines
