This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Design Engineer based in Ropley. The role involves contributing to innovative product design and development projects, creating and improving product designs, and utilising SolidWorks. The Product Design Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and implement designs, ensure alignment with client specifications, and maintain high standards for mechanical and structural integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design, demonstrating a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practices, with an ability to ensure product functionality and structural integrity.
  • Expertise in SolidWorks to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
  • Experience in Product Development, from concept to production, including prototyping and testing.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
