McGregor Electrical is a busy and growing electrical company. We are looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Take job bookings from clients and property managers.
  • Allocate jobs to our electricians and update our job system.
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and tenants to confirm schedules.
  • Keep records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the team with general office tasks as needed.

  • Previous office admin experience (property management experience a plus).
