What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech Sales & GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Customer Success, RevOps, and more)
- Driving new business development and growing existing client partnerships
- Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive, and ambitious team
- Staying on top of industry trends and the fast-evolving tech ecosystem
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Tech Sales / GTM markets preferred)
- Strong billing track record with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative
