Our large financial service client is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Contract Manager to join our high-performing Contract & Commercial team. This is a strategic role focused on managing supplier relationships and governance across critical IT services, including cloud hosting and cybersecurity.
You will be part of a Centre of Excellence-type environment, working with trusted suppliers and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business. This is not a sourcing or renewals role - it’s about driving value, ensuring compliance, and building strong supplier partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage one or more strategic IT contracts across their lifecycle.
- Lead supplier governance and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Support major change programmes and contract variations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
- Provide expert advice on supplier performance, risk, and operational resilience.
- Contribute to a standardised, value-driven approach to contract management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8-10 years’ experience in contract management, ideally within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
- Strong background in vendor/supplier management and third-party risk.
