Job Description
A prestigious global investment management firm is seeking an experienced International HR Business Partner to join its team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This strategic role will support two key business units across EMEA, London, US and Hong Kong.
4 days in the London office/1 day working from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, talent management, and employee relations
- Support business transformation and change management efforts
- Collaborate across global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency
