The predicted salary is between 54000 - 84000 £ per year.

The role will be part of a Markets Transformation Team responsible for ensuring the management and organisation of data centric deliverables around the use of Product. The candidate must have program and project management skills and be familiar with Traded products (financial instruments, stocks, bonds, derivatives).

Location: Belfast, Hybrid

Day Rate: Up to £360/pd

Start Date: ASAP

Length: Until 31/12/25

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Senior Transformation Leads and Business Analysts to structure program deliverables.
  • Own delivery of key project workstreams, ensuring milestones and actions are tracked and reported.
  • Define data entitlement levels in partnership with Compliance and Business stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong data governance and access controls are in place and maintained.
  • Lead or support workshops and working groups to gather requirements and manage timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies with Technology and Business teams.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues promptly and clearly.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of derivatives across Rates, Equities, Commodities, and FX.
  • Familiarity with regulatory initiatives (Volcker, FRTB, SACCR, Basel).
  • Experience working on cross-functional programs across Risk, Finance, and Operations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables.
  • Proven experience tracking technical project deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
