I am supporting a market leading Transport and Logistics organisation who, due to exponential growth, are looking for 2 experienced Business Change focused Project Managers. The successful candidate(s) will have a strong track record of working as a Project Manager within Business Change & Transformation, are process agnostic, bring a pragmatic approach leading to outstanding delivery, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role: Business Change Project Manager
Salary: up to £100k (DOE)
Location: London - Onsite 5 days per week
Benefits: 25 days Holiday, Healthcare, Life Insurance, 8% Pension Contribution, Annual Bonus (Discretionary).
Business Change Project Manager Key Skills and Experience:
- Digital transformation programme / legacy transformation / continuous improvement programmes
- Business change PM experience is essential
- Knowledge of end-to-end project management life cycle and project management principles
- Experience working in a waterfall setting and familiar with waterfall methodology
- Experience of managing end-to-end system projects including ERP implementation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capable of articulating messages to a variety of audiences
- Experience with large scale transformation programmes
- Project management certification is desired
This role is not suited for a technical PM; this is focused on the business change and continuous improvement aspect of the programme.
