You will bring your experience of managing international payroll and implementing effective payroll policies, processes, and working practices to ensure a first-class approach.

Collaborating with third-party providers and working closely alongside the coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for any payroll/benefits queries whilst handling any complex payroll and benefit issues. You will manage statutory obligations and support with legislative changes across multiple payrolls. Manage the administration and changes to payroll such as joiners, leavers, salary changes, pension contributions/allowances, etc. Reconciliation and approvals will also be part of your responsibilities.

You will always review payroll processing practices, policies, and procedures and ensure process improvement as needed. Managing vendor relationships for ADP Celergo and the management of the employee benefit platform and agenda will be key aspects of your role.
