Leading financial services client is looking for an Oracle Cloud Support Lead to join their team in London. You will provide technical leadership and expertise in supporting and maintaining the Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM application, specifically within the Finance and Procurement domains. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, performance optimisation, integration, security, and operational best practices. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage a team of support engineers and work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve high-impact issues while maintaining stability and security of the Oracle Cloud platform.

Skills and experience required:

  • Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP platform, including Fusion Middleware and database technologies
  • Finance and Procurement domains
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud application development frameworks and tools
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL and Python)
  • Experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools
  • Understanding of integration technologies (OCI) and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP)
  • Experience with ITIL processes and change management
  • Experience with DevOps Principles and other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks
