The Role

Looking for a Power BI Developer to design scalable data models, build high-quality datasets, and deliver insightful dashboards supporting critical business processes. You'll also help establish a robust BI data foundation, integrate with ServiceNow, and enable AI‑ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & optimise Power BI datasets, data models, and schemas
  • Build interactive dashboards & paginated reports
  • Develop DAX measures (KPIs, time intelligence, complex logic)
  • Deliver data transformations using Power Query (M) & SQL
  • Integrate Power BI with ServiceNow & Copilot Studio
  • Manage Power BI Service (workspaces, refresh, performance)
  • Drive data governance, lineage, and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable BI solutions

Key Requirements

  • Strong Power BI (Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query)
  • Solid SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)
  • Data modelling / data warehouse experience

Nice to have

  • Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • ServiceNow (GRC / data structures)
