A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Senior OTC Clearing Business Analyst to join its high‑performing Futures and OTC Clearing Technology team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep clearing domain expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex global change initiatives.
You will play a key role in enhancing next‑generation clearing platforms, partnering closely with business stakeholders, external vendors, and cross‑functional technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives, new capabilities, and regulatory‑driven enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration and delivery of major enhancements across Futures and OTC Clearing platforms.
  • Analyse complex business processes, system workflows, and industry standards to design effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.
  • Define and document requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
  • Oversee implementation, user acceptance testing, and production readiness activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across trade lifecycle, fees, commissions, brokerage, and reference data.
  • Evaluate risks, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and drive best‑practice SDLC governance.
  • Influence strategic technology decisions and contribute to long‑term product evolution.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Significant BA experience within the Futures and OTC Clearing domain, delivering complex global programmes.
  • Deep expertise in ETD trade processing, lifecycle workflows, fees/commissions, and brokerage processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with FIS GMI and ION XTP, including reference data management.
  • Strong data analysis capability using Excel, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong technical background with comprehensive SDLC understanding.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, JIRA.
  • Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of hitting the ground running.
