We are seeking a hands-on Application Support Engineer (Level 2/3) to support mission-critical trading and data platforms. This role combines application support with SRE and platform engineering, focusing on automation, resilience, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for critical applications
- Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, and network layers
- Support and optimise Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management
- Monitor systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk
- Support deployments and ensure production stability
