We are seeking an Admin Officer to support the Office of the CEO (O-CEO) and provide wider administrative support to the Thomson Reuters Foundation as required. This role plays a key part in maximising the effectiveness of the Office of the CEO by delivering high-quality logistical and administrative support. You will help ensure that leadership time and resources are used efficiently, enabling the Foundation to deliver its strategic and leadership objectives. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO's diary and coordinating meetings, including room bookings
  • Supporting expense processing and administrative tasks
  • Drafting actions from Senior Leadership Team meetings and helping to ensure timely follow-up
  • Providing logistical support for key internal events, such as town halls
  • Preparing briefing packs and presentations for CEO engagements
  • Researching and coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodation and flight options
  • Completing travel risk assessments and tracking the CEO's external engagements

This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders. Previous experience in a similar role is required. If interested, please apply today!
