Are you a senior HR leader ready to shape a truly strategic People function? We're seeking a forward-thinking Head of People Partnering and Advisory within the education sector to lead the transformation of our advisory approach - moving from reactive casework to a proactive, insight-led HR partnering model that drives organisational performance.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead and develop a team of Strategic People Partners, embed workforce planning into leadership routines, and create the conditions for a more engaged, capable and stable workforce across the Trust.
What you'll lead and deliver:
- A Strategic Partnering Model - formalising consistent standards, routines and expectations while embedding proactive People support into organisational planning cycles.
- Workforce Planning Organisational Design - ensuring people priorities are integrated into business planning, using data and insight to anticipate workforce needs and risks.
- Stronger, Stabilised Employee Relations - setting quality standards, improving case management discipline, driving early intervention and maintaining constructive Trade Union relationships.
- Leadership Capability - equipping leaders with the skills, confidence and tools to manage performance, wellbeing and inclusive practice.
