I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Subject Matter Expert, Workday. This is a highly visible role, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and international stakeholders, with a focus on driving system optimisation, data integrity, and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as SME for Workday and Oracle
  • First point of contact for HR systems queries
  • Reviewing and improving HR system processes
  • Managing system integrations (e.g. ADP, SailPoint, Oracle)
  • Leading HRIS enhancements, projects, and testing
  • Building automated reporting and dashboards
  • Ensuring data accuracy across HR systems
