I have a 12 month contract for an experienced HR Operations Manager to help lead a successful HR Operations team. The role will manage HR Operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional HR service as a globalised centre of excellence. This will include People Operations, HR Systems Management, process improvement and ensuring efficiencies and compliance with regulations.

You will have excellent leadership skills to be able to manage and develop a team of People operations professionals and implement best practice support across the business. Ensure systems, processes and documentation are fit for purpose and agile to meet the needs of the business. Develop and upskill the people operations team. Manage key stakeholders across the business including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Senior Leadership Team. Oversee HR's responsibilities in ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as SMCR and immigration.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience of working within a global HR Services role/HR Operations, with at least 2 years leadership experience.
  • Experience of working across multiple geographies with good knowledge of employment law, industry regulations (SMCR) and immigration compliance.
  • Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes with the ability to adapt and enhance processes to improve employee experience.
  • Strong data analytics and insights experience with the ability to utilise data to improve HR services.
  • High level communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate plans, projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work at pace and multitask effectively to work on multiple projects at the same time.
