We're looking for an experienced Head of Payroll Benefits to lead payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions and drive best-in-class benefits strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you'll own:

  • End-to-end UK and international payroll (incl. complex and bespoke pay-runs)
  • Payroll compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives
  • Benefits strategy, renewals, and market benchmarking
  • Senior stakeholder engagement, including presenting to Exec/Board level

You'll bring strong technical payroll expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience with Workday, ADP, and international payroll/tax is highly desirable.
