We're partnering with one of the most ambitious AI startups in Europe, building a proactive AI assistant designed to help billions of users automate conversations, workflows and everyday tasks. The product is being built around autonomous AI agents, persistent memory, multi-step reasoning and reliable task execution, solving some of the hardest engineering challenges in production AI.
We're looking for a Founding CTO to define the company's technical vision and build the engineering organisation from the ground up.
What you’ll own:
- Define the long-term technology strategy
- Architect highly scalable AI-native systems
- Build reliable multi-agent and autonomous AI platforms
- Lead decisions across LLM infrastructure, distributed systems and developer platforms
- Recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team
- Establish engineering culture, technical standards and hiring practices
- Partner directly with the founders on product and company strategy
We’re interested in CTOs who have built products involving:
- AI Agents
- LLM platforms
- Generative AI
- Autonomous workflows
- Distributed systems

- Large-scale backend architecture

Experience with technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, LangChain, Kubernetes, Kafka, Vector Databases, RAG, MCP, Temporal or similar would be highly advantageous.
