We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer/In-House Counsel to join a collaborative legal team, supporting a significant property portfolio and helping to deliver a robust funding and securitisation strategy. In this varied and influential role, you will provide specialist legal advice on property charging, securitisation, financing, and refinancing matters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, development teams and external legal advisers to ensure properties are compliant, charge-ready and meet funder requirements, supporting long-term organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support on property charging, securitisation, financing and refinancing matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence on properties and resolve title issues and defects.
- Ensure charging and securitisation processes remain compliant, efficient and robust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet funders' requirements.
- Support the delivery of rolling security requirements across the property portfolio.
- Instruct and manage external solicitors.
