We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing organisation on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a high-performing finance team, supporting financial reporting, controls, forecasting, and business performance across a complex and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of monthly financial reporting, analysing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Partner with finance teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts that enable informed business decisions.
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting through robust financial controls, governance, and documentation.
- Lead balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and assurance activities to maintain reporting compliance.
- Manage audit requirements and internal reporting deliverables, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes, financial controls, and operational efficiency.
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Financial Control, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with an understanding of financial controls and governance.
- Experience using SAP, HFM and/or One Hyperion Planning (OHP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
