Job Description

Data Analyst – ITSM / IT Asset DataLocation: Glasgow (3 days per week onsite, flexible)Rate: £55-65 per hour PAYE (equivalent to £500+ per day)Duration: 12 months (extension likely)

An investment bank in Glasgow is looking for a Data Analyst to support IT Service Management and asset data projects. The role involves working with ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB datasets, focusing on IT asset and configuration data to improve data quality across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience analysing data from IT Configuration Management or IT Asset Management databases (ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell, Oracle, etc.)

  • Basic Python skills
