An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy, friendly and collaborative team within the Textile Manufacturing industry.
This role is ideal for an organised, proactive customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with both clients and the sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class customer service experience to a wide range of clients.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage sample requests and coordinate timely dispatch.
- Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond to customer enquiries, product queries and quotation requests.
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer service activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Prioritise workload effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
About You

You will have excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
You will ideally have
- A minimum of 3-5 years' office-based customer service experience.
- Experience processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise competing workloads and work efficiently under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and office-based systems.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
Applicants should be able to commute to the London office 5-Days a week.
