Recruiting for a Financial Services business who are seeking a Client Communication Lead. This is a Client-facing role working closely with Front Office stakeholders to effectively engage high priority Clients and ensure regulatory requirements are met while maintaining high customer experience levels.
The Client Communication Lead will be responsible for:
- Ability to use software and tools effectively to deliver outreach and manage client communications at scale
- Oversee client and internal mailbox and be key point of escalation
- Develop a strong understanding of client static data, including sourcing/maintenance processes and control procedures
Ideal Candidate must have:
- Prior experience working for the Big 4 or a consulting background
