We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Head of Talent Management and the wider team of a financial services client, based in the city of London, for 6-12 months. This role is responsible for coordinating Talent Acquisition activity across multiple geographies and ensuring the smooth delivery of all administrative and operational elements of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in managing the administrative workflow for all recruitment requisitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring candidate progression is clearly tracked.
- Monitor and track candidate activity, proactively resolving delays and closing requisitions once hires are confirmed.
- Own the logistics and administration of interviews, including:
- Scheduling and diary coordination across time zones
- Managing video conferencing requirements
- Setting up psychometric testing
- Preparing and distributing interview materials
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Prior experience working within trading/financial services organisations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate professionally across a complex global organisation.
- Proven experience working across geographical locations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
