Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients.
- Travel to client sites, generally within walking distance of the office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms.
- Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc site visits, ensuring client systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic interactions.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and share feedback with the wider team.
- Stay current with Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' service desk experience.
- Previously worked for an MSP or had the opportunity to go to various client sites.
- Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience.
- Office 365, with experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
- Troubleshoot and configure networking technologies such as WIFI, Firewalls & Routers.
- Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktops desirable.
- Following certs are desirable: MD-102, MS-700, CompTIA A+, Network+.
