As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our London team and play a key role in strengthening client partnerships and supporting commercial growth.
The Role
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will act as a central point of contact for new and existing clients recruiting across multiple disciplines. Working closely with the Growth & Solutions Director, Client Relationship Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will support client onboarding, recruitment delivery and relationship development.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded recruiter or client-focused professional looking to progress towards managing a client portfolio or a high-value account (£250k+).
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Attend and contribute to client pitch and onboarding meetings
- Support confirmation of terms and conditions
- Ensure adherence to all compliance and internal service standards
Role Qualification & Market Insight
- Engage with multiple client stakeholders to fully qualify contract and permanent roles
- Provide accurate market insight, skill availability feedback and advisory support
Recruitment Process Management
- Coordinate and oversee multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Maintain consistently high levels of client and candidate satisfaction
- Step in to manage client relationships and delivery in the absence of the Growth & Solutions Director
Client Communication & Reporting
- Deliver regular progress updates and performance reports
- Use data and delivery metrics to continuously improve client service
Candidate Generation
- Source candidates for roles not suitable for SME delivery or where additional support is required
Commercial Development
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Support proposal development and new client acquisition initiatives
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Collaborate on marketing content, including case studies and client materials
- Represent McGregor Boyall professionally and consistently across all client-facing interactions
Service Line Delivery
- Operate across contingency, retained and permanent hiring projects, including embedded solutions
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a multi-disciplined recruiter or in a client-facing recruitment role
- Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently
- Commercial awareness with a natural eye for growth opportunities
- Excellent role qualification skills with a consultative, analytical approach
- Client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data literate, confident using metrics to inform delivery and client conversations
- High attention to detail, professionalism and resilience
- Growth-minded, receptive to feedback and continuous improvement
